SHIPPING - DOMESTIC ORDERS: FREE UPS ground shipping on all on-line orders over $100 placed through this website. If order is under $100, add $9.95 for shipping and handling. If you upgrade to AIR or rush service, free shipping does not apply and you will be charged accordingly. This is determined by your location, weight of package(s) and how quickly you want to receive it. N.J. residents must pay 7% sales tax, (unless you supply us with a signed ST-3 form). We do accept phone orders but no C.O.D. ORDERS.

CO2 by AIR: FedEx offers a service called Excepted Quantities. This allows air shipments of up to 96 - 8 gram or 48 - 16 gram CO2 cylinders per package without a hazmat fee. However, larger quantities, which are over the threshold, are charged a Hazmat fee of $40 for special handling and document preparation. Hazmat fees do NOT apply when sent by UPS ground.

NOTICE: For rush AIR orders, please phone ahead (or email if out of the country) to confirm everything. It is also recommended that you provide a need by date. We then can inform you what way will be best to meet your deadline at the lowest possible price. IMPORTANT: You must supply a street address.

SHIPPING - FOREIGN ORDERS: CO2 cylinders cannot be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. However, FedEx will accept CO2 shipments and deliver them to your door, provided hazardous goods service is offered in your country. Call or fax us for regulations on CO2 in your country or for fastest answers, call FedEx directly. (NOTE: a $40-50 fee is added for this service by all freight companies). We can also ship CO2 by any freight expeditor to your local airport. However, you must arrange this by your agent or freight company, beforehand. If your order is big, this method is less costly then Federal Express but is a little slower. Note: Freight forwarding is not feasible for small orders less than 5 kilos.

Out of country PAYMENT must be in U.S. dollars. NO Credit cards accepted out of the country. We accept payment by Postal Money Order, Western Union, Bank Wire or Bank Check drawn on any NY bank. We will provide bank details and special instructions for export after you confirm your order.

A $20 documentation and packing fee will be added for processing of all overseas orders, per invoice. This covers all paperwork including hazmat statement, if needed, along with emailed proforma as well as final invoice and tracking numbers of your shipment. For large orders, contact us for exact shipping rates. Please note that foreign orders take a few days for preparation so if you are in a rush, call ahead for availability. Feel free to instruct us about customs (invoice value, VAT & duties) in your country. Accurate air bill information allows your shipment to clear customs fast! However, due to the distance between us, sometime deadlines cannot be met unless you contact us several days in advance.

NOTICE: We do close the day before and the day after certain national U.S. holidays. To avoid disappointment, be sure to order several days before any major holiday.

PRICE QUOTATIONS: We will be happy to price quote your special project or event. Please fax or email us with approximate amount of cannons and supplied (shots) needed. Any additional information, such as your budgeted dollars for equipment and supplies, show date(s) and delivery deadlines, will be most helpful in putting your package together. We will be happy to apply discounts, where applicable, based on the overall package. We will quote you our best price. We will work with you to make your project fit your budget.

BIDS: We also bid large jobs which require accessories only such as: streamers, confetti or CO2. Please fax us your bid sheet for a prompt courteous quote. Catalog prices are in effect for as long as we can hold them, however, prices are subject to change without notice.

DISCOUNTS and DEALERSHIPS: Are you a theatrical dealer (retailer with a store front), rental house, production company, manufacturer or professional end user? You may be eligible to receive additional quantity discounts beyond what you see on this list. We invite you to fax or mail us information on your letterhead, giving a brief description of your operation. A copy of your tax I.D.#, resale # or vendors license will be helpful in determining your best discount.

NOTE: All orders delivered to any address within the state of N.J. are subject to sales tax. However, if you supply us with a properly completed ST-3 or 4 form (resale or non profit certificate) you will be exempt. We do drop ships to your customer for a $5 drop fee.
